Mrs. JoAnne Kochniarczyk

I am excited to be teaching Computer Class to Kindergarten through Fifth grade at St. Joseph’s School this year. I am also substitute teaching at other schools within the Joliet Diocese and work for St. Mary Immaculate Parish in Plainfield, IL part time. Before joining St. Joseph’s School, I worked in the Corporate World for 25 years as the Purchasing and Logistics Manager. Unfortunately, the facility decided to close their doors which is when I made my career change and decided to use my MBA class credits to follow my dream of teaching children. I graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL with a Bachelor’s of Art Degree and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Elementary Education there as well.

My husband and I have raised our four children, nephew, and two foster children. We enjoy attending sporting events, traveling, and spending as much time as we can with our grandchildren. I look forward to getting to know the students and their families at St. Joseph this year.
